If you know Colorado, you know Palisade Peaches! This Peach Balsamic & Basil Bruschetta recipe is super tasty, impressively pretty and comes together in just minutes! A late summertime favorite and perfect for BBQs and summer apps & cocktails with friends.

 I N S T R U C T I O N S :

  • Chop peaches into small pieces, about 1/4" thick.
  • In a large bowl, combine peaches, honey and Peach Balsamic Vinegar, tossing to coat.
  • Stir in basil, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cut baguette into ¼-1/2″ thick slices. Brush both sides of each bread slice with Basil Infused Olive Oil, arrange on a broiling pan.
  • Broil bread slices for 3 minutes, flip them all over, and broil for another 2 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, spread each slice with some goat cheese and top with peach mixture.
  • Serve immediately!
