Warmer weather calls for patio time and cocktails! Floral Elderflower Balsamic makes an excellent base for light, refreshing drinks and mixes well with many different liquors. 

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 ½ oz gin
• 2 Tablespoons Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Company Elderflower White Balsamic Vinegar
• ½ teaspoon agave syrup or honey (if you prefer sweeter cocktails)
• 1 squeeze of lime juice
• Tonic or sparkling water

DIRECTIONS: 

In tall glass add the gin, lychee balsamic, agave/honey (if desired), and lime juice. Mix with a spoon until well combined.

Top up the glass with tonic or sparkling water and enjoy!
