Mandarin Orange Chocolate Cake

This cake is decadent using our Mandarin Orange Infused Oil for this cake, but it's also amazing with our Tea Rose Olive Oil.

Directions: 

In a large bowl, combine sifted flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Create a well in the dry mixture. 

To the well, add water, blood orange olive oil, vanilla and vinegar. Mix until fully combined (batter will be thin).Don’t let batter sit to long before going into the oven, as the vinegar-baking soda reaction is important for baking.

Pour batter into a greased 13x9” baking pan and bake at 350for 30-40 minutes. Cool completely before frosting and serving. Makes 12-15servings
