Surely you've tried steamed broccoli, but have you tried our Infused Olive Oils on it?! Let us take your steamed broccoli experience to a whole different level with this super simple recipe.
- 1 head of broccoli, rinsed
- 2 Tbsp Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Pesto, Tuscan Herb or Cayenne Infused Olive Oil (or another of your choice)
- 3 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Set a steamer basket in a large saucepan. Add the broccoli and steam over high heat until bright green and just tender, about 4 minutes.
- In a large skillet, combine Infused Olive Oil of choice with garlic, red pepper and lemon zest and cook over moderate heat until fragrant, about 1 minute.
