We LOVE This Olive Oil
I visited the Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Company shop in Fort Collins last holiday season. I'm a native from Boulder, Colorado, but now live in New York, and had to order a bottle of this olive oil for the holiday season. It's absolutely delicious to cook with, eat bread with, and makes a wonderful gift!
