White Balsamic Fruit Salad

Fruit salad is often drowned in thick, super-sweet, dairy based dressings. Besides not being friendly to the dairy-free people in our life, these dressings don't often let the fruit shine through as the star of the dish. Skip out on the thick creamy dressing next time, and simply dress your fruit salad with a splash of many of our fruit based white balsamic vinegars just before serving. Here's one of our favorite recipes:
Ingredients:
- 5 kiwis
- 1 12oz package of strawberries (about 10 strawberries)
- 1 vine of grapes (about 20 grapes)
- 1 12oz package of blackberries (about 20 blackberries)
- 1 apple
- 5 tablespoons of Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Gravenstein Apple White Balsamic Vinegar, Alfoos Mango White Balsamic Vinegar or Cranberry Pear White Balsamic Vinegar
Directions:
Cut up the kiwis, strawberries and apples to your size preference and mix them in a large serving bowl. Then add the grapes and blackberries whole to the bowl. Pour the white vinegar of your choice over the fruit and mix well right before serving.
