Easy Triscuit Jalapeno Balsamic Appetizers

COOK TIME: 10 mins

TOTAL TIME: 15 mins


  • 12 triscuit crackers
  • 1/4 cup spreadable cheese (think laughing cow etc.) softened
  • 12 mango slices
  • 1/2 lime zest
  • Juice of 1/2 a lime
  • 1/2 cup Jalapeno white balsamic vinegar


In a sauce pan, add vinegar and bring to a simmer. Let balsamic simmer until it reduces by about 1/3 (about 8 - 12 mins).

Remove the balsamic from the heat and let cool.

Spread the softened cheese on top of the crackers. Top each cracker with a mango slice and a bit of lime zest. Just before serving lightly drizzle lime juice and balsamic glaze over the crackers.
