Almond Oil Dressing

Perfect for a variety of salads, especially those with arugula or mixed spring greens. 


  • 2 Tablespoons Roasted Almond Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Pinot Noir Wine Vinegar or Red Barrel Aged Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped tarragon leaves
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl - or, add all ingredients to a mason jar, screw on the lid, and shake vigorously for 15 - 20 seconds.
